Board Games Night at Malt Cross, Nottingham

Our latest Board Games Night at the Malt Cross was another great evening of giggles, light competition and relaxed socialising.

Set in the upstairs space of this iconic Nottingham venue, the atmosphere was perfect for an easy-going night where people could drop in, join a game and get chatting straight away.

We played a brilliant mix of games throughout the evening. Just One got everyone thinking creatively as players worked together to guess mystery words using clever clues. It’s simple, fast-paced and always sparks plenty of laughs.

The other game we played was Codenames Pictures, which brought out the team spirit, with players linking images, interpreting clues and trying to stay one step ahead of the opposing team.

A mix of familiar faces and a few additional members joined us later in the evening. Certainly a friendly, fun and welcoming atmosphere where it was easy to join in, chat and enjoy the evening at your own pace.

Whether you stayed for one game or the whole night, it was a great reminder of how simple activities can bring people together and create genuine connections.
