Murder Mystery: Don’t Look Back In Anger

Event Details
Back to the 90s for a murder mystery at the National Justice Museum
On a Saturday evening a small Affinity group spent the night trying to solve a murder at the National Justice Museum on High Pavement, the old Shire Hall and county gaol that most people in Nottingham still call the Galleries of Justice.
Don't Look Back In Anger was set in the 1990s, so there was a fair bit of Britpop about it. Doors were at seven and the case itself got going at eight, with a cocktail included in the ticket, which is a sensible way to start an evening where you are expected to interrogate strangers!
The building does a lot of the work here. You are wandering around a real courtroom and real cells while the story plays out around you, and that is a very different thing to sitting through a murder mystery in a function room at a hotel! It got busy too. There was a good crowd in the main hall and no shortage of people willing to have a theory about who did it.
Thank you to Adam for hosting this one and for getting everyone in the right place at the right time.
