A Night in Mexico at Gilt Café & Bar – Flavours, Fun & Fantastic Company

Our recent visit to Gilt Café & Bar for A Night in Mexico was a vibrant evening packed with delicious food, expertly crafted cocktails and plenty of great conversation.

The night began with a Mexican-inspired welcome cocktail, setting the tone for what was to come. We then enjoyed an authentic Mexican feast, with a variety of bold flavours and beautifully prepared dishes served throughout the evening.

A real highlight was the tequila tasting experience, where guests learned more about the different styles and flavours while sampling a carefully selected range.

The combination of fantastic food, great drinks and friendly company made for a memorable evening and another wonderful example of what Affinity is all about.
