Board Games Night – Mystery, Mayhem & Plenty of Laughs

Our latest Board Games Night turned into another fantastic evening of laughs, competition and brilliantly chaotic moments across two Nottingham venues.

We started the evening at Magic Garden with The Chameleon – Picture Edition, a game built around bluffing, suspicion and trying not to get caught out. As players attempted to secretly blend in while everyone tried to identify “The Chameleon”, the accusations and dramatic defences quickly had the whole table laughing.

Later in the evening we moved over to The Cross Keys where the games became even more chaotic with Scrawl, which may now officially be our favourite game so far.

The combination of drawing, guessing and complete misunderstandings created absolute carnage in the funniest possible way, with every round becoming more ridiculous than the last. Some of the drawings were… ambitious at best, and others quickly crossed into “definitely not safe for work” territory, which only made the whole game even funnier.

As always with Affinity events, the best part of the evening was the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

Another brilliant evening full of laughts, conversation and memorable moments shared around the table.
