Riverside drinks and dancing in West Bridgford

A relaxed Friday evening, a great group of people, and two of West Bridgford's best venues. This is exactly what Affinity summer socials are made of.

The evening kicked off at The Waterside, set right by the river with plenty of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the warm weather. It's one of those spots that just works on a summer Friday - easy, sociable, no fuss.

Once the evening was in full swing, the group moved on to The Parlour around 9pm for the second half of the night. With an area reserved at the end of the bar and the resident DJ providing the soundtrack, things stepped up a gear.

Whether people stayed for a couple of drinks at The Waterside or made it all the way through to the dance floor at The Parlour, everyone had a great Friday night.

That's what these evenings are about - a friendly group, a relaxed setting, and however much of the night you want to make yours.
