Asian Taster Tour – A Flavour-Filled Afternoon in Nottingham

Our third taster tour took us on a passport-free journey across Asia, and it was another fantastic afternoon of great food, relaxed conversation and discovering some of Nottingham’s best venues.

We began at Noshi, a stunning setting with its cherry blossom ceiling and beautifully styled interior. It was the perfect place to start, with delicious Japanese and Chinese dishes that immediately set the tone for the afternoon.

From there, we headed to Mowgli Indian Street Food, where the bohemian décor, swing seats and warm atmosphere made for a unique dining experience. The Indian dishes were full of flavour and sparked plenty of conversation around the table.

Next stop was Pho Nottingham in the heart of Hockley, where the group enjoyed fresh and vibrant Vietnamese dishes, adding another layer of variety to the tour.

We finished at Passan’s, rounding off the afternoon with Indian tapas in a relaxed and friendly setting - the perfect way to end the journey.

The format worked brilliantly once again, moving between venues, sampling a range of dishes and giving everyone the chance to experience something new while enjoying great company.

As always, it was the people who made the day. New members arrived on thier own and with friends, but quickly connected as the afternoon unfolded, sharing recommendations, stories and plenty of laughs along the way.
