🎲 Board Games Night at Malt Cross

Our Board Games Night at the beautiful Malt Cross was everything it should be - relaxed, sociable and fun.

Meeting upstairs in the stunning old Victorian music hall, the setting proved perfect for an easy-going evening of gaming.

We kicked things off with Kluster, a deceptively simple magnetic game that quickly turned competitive. The concentration levels were high… until magnets snapped together and someone had to collect the pile!

Next up was Ticket to Ride, with routes being claimed and strategies forming across the board. It’s always a favourite for a reason - easy to learn, but with just enough tactics to keep things interesting.

Then came Dixit, which brought out everyone’s creative side. The storytelling, the guessing, the “how did you come up with that?” moments. It sparked plenty of imaginative thinking.

And of course, we finished with a few rounds of Rummikub, where tiles were rearranged, jokers caused tension, and last-minute wins kept everyone on their toes.

What we love most about these evenings isn’t just the games. By the end of the night new connections had formed.

A relaxed night out. No pressure. Just good company and a bit of friendly competition!
