Three comedians, a Sunday night in Chilwell and home at a sensible hour: our Comedy Night with Scott Bennett, Paul Sinha and Hatty Preston
A small group of us headed out to the Village Hotel in Chilwell for a comedy night, with Tünde hosting.
The night was put on by Back Before Nine and the idea is in the name. The show starts early, finishes early, and you are home before it gets silly. For a Sunday, with work the next morning, that is about as sensible as a night out gets.
The line-up was a good one. Scott Bennett, Paul Sinha and Hatty Preston, three amazing comedians on one bill and there was a fair bit of laughing going on in our row.
Thank you to Tünde for hosting, to the Back Before Nine team who looked after us so well and to everyone who came along.
Meeting new people, sharing great moments and creating memories is what these evenings are about, and a Sunday night with a few good laughs covers all three.
