Malt Cross
The Malt Cross is a Grade II listed Victorian music hall and heritage venue located on St James’s Street in Nottingham city centre. Originally opened in 1877, it remains one of the few surviving Victorian music halls in the UK and combines historic architecture with a contemporary pub, cafĂ© and events space. The venue hosts a varied programme of live music, quizzes, community events and private functions throughout the year, alongside a selection of food, craft beers, wines and cocktails. Operated as a not-for-profit organisation in partnership with the YMCA, Malt Cross offers a distinctive setting for social gatherings, combining cultural heritage with a welcoming and community-focused atmosphere.
